We operate two shifts through the week that are staffed by our general hydraulic technicians and machinists that have over 70 years of combined experience in the service industry. We employ a customer liaison and test specialist to expedite the check in process and ensure the quality of our work. We also have a pick up and delivery service for all customers in Western North Carolina like; Greensboro, Charlotte, Asheville, Hickory and more. Just contact the Territory Manager in your area to schedule a pick up and delivery.
All repairs performed at our repair facility in Charlotte are given a warranty of six months pending an inspection of the failed unit. All components, both new and remanufactured, that are purchased through Hydraulics Express are also subject to a six-month warranty, pending tear down and inspection.
If Carolina CAT or Hydraulics Express is not installing the unit, the following cautions are advised:
1. To warrant the unit and eliminate premature component failure due to contamination, the entire system must be cleaned and flushed per the OEM operating manual specifications.
2. A SOS oil sample analysis must be completed to ensure adequate system cleanliness.
3. If this is a pump or motor installation, the component must be primed with clean hydraulic fluid to prevent a dry start condition.
4. The OEM operating manual installation and start up procedures must be followed in installing and component.
Failure to complete the procedures above will limit or void the warranty for any component. Premature failure due to accident, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, and lack of or contamination of hydraulic fluid will not be warranted and will be considered the responsibility of the customer.
